  7. 1-800 Numbers
  8. -------------
  9. When auto dialing 1-800 numbers, Ascend uses the prefix and suffix for local
  10. calls.

  13. Known Device Driver Problems
  14. ----------------------------
  15. Windows uses device drivers when printing.  Windows supports hundreds of 
  16. different kinds of printers with these device drivers.  Here are some known
  17. peculiarities with some of these device drivers.  Microsoft is constantly 
  18. updating their printer drivers to solve known problems, therefore, try using
  19. Ascend in the normal way before using any suggestions below, as Microsoft may
  20. have already fixed the driver by the time you read this.

  22. 1. Postscript Printers

  24.    If you are printing a file with multiple pages, your postscript printer 
  25.    will not form feed after a page has been printed until you press the
  26.    continue button to begin printing the next page.  This is a bug in the
  27.    Windows postscript printer driver.

  30. 2. The Okidata 192, 292, & 320 printers
  31.  
  32.    The device drivers for these printers have certain problems when printing in
  33.    the Okidata mode.  If you encounter problems with these printers, try 
  34.    changing the font you are using within Ascend.  If this does not solve the 
  35.    problem, change your printer to use the Epson or IBM mode, and change 
  36.    Windows to use the Epson or IBM Graphics printer driver.
